Giving away a bundle of our Lightroom presets to an Awesome Dad!

Being a dad is one of the best jobs in the world but also comes with a ton of responsibility and work. The rewards are worth it 1000 times but sometimes I think this world doesn’t give dads the respect they deserve. With so many bad portrayals of dads in TV from Homer Simpson to Al Bundy, dads can be seen in the media as buffoons. Being an amazing role model to your children, molding them and providing for them in this crazy expensive world is a lot of work. To all the dads out there YOU ROCK! Keep up the great job and remember that your kids look up to you every minute of every day, so build them up daily and install passion and love into everything they do.

To celebrate fathers day I wanted to give away a bundle of all of our Lightroom Presets (you can view them all here, its a great value worth over $100 http://photographers-presets.com/). Just write in the comments below or on our Facebook page one thing you do to be a great dad. Or if your husband/dad is a photographer fill out a comment for him! Lets see some great shining examples of awesome dads out there and hook one of you up with our great presets!

If you like our articles remember to share them on Facebook, Twitter or +1 them on Google. I appreciate you spreading the word to your photo friends! Also remember to always start a conversation by leaving a Facebook comment at the bottom of the page. I love to hear from you.

  1. One thing I do to be a great dad for my 16 yrs daughter & 11 yrs son ( is trying to give the unique care of a best friend ) :)

  2. Love the article but the captions on the illustration are reversed, right?

  3. I always remember that the toughest part of being a dad is when healthy criticism is needed to correct behavior, attitudes, perspective, etc. It’s not always easy, but the lessons conveyed to children will likely be remembered for the rest of there lives…even when your no longer there to voice them. They will still here them

  4. I make sure to always kiss my girls before bedtime.

  5. To be an example in all things

  6. One of the most important things a dad can do is to listen. You may not always hear what you want to hear but often they are seeking feedback and children learn from your reaction to their comments.

  7. We always forget what it means to be 4 or 6 or 12, so being a good dad means taking the time to remember what it feels like to be in their shoes, something I forget all too often but work hard on

  8. My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person, he believed in me. Being a father myself now, I’m trying to pass on that gift to my own two sons.
