Lately I have had presets on the mind and have been working on some pretty cool presets for Lightroom. More info to come soon on what I have been up to so keep tuned, but today I wanted to share some Lightroom presets I created for a vintage tone. If you haven’t noticed in the last year vintage is in. Open up any magazine and you will see that a vintage feel is everywhere and sought after with clients. Whether it’s for weddings or portraits clients want vintage images. So I created a little mini set of some Vintage Lightroom presets that are free to download and use.

Are these designed for raw files. I downloaded your original file and got no where near the results. What settings do recommend tweaking when using these. Thank you for sharing.

  2. Mark says:

These are designed for RAW files since a JPG will have different processing already done in camera that will depend on the camera settings so will always give you a different starting point compared to a RAW. You can still achieve the same results though with a few small changes. Try moving your contrast and brightness levels down and then you should see a similar result.

    Thanks,
    Mark
