I use our online hosting company pictage.com as a online backup of our shoots. They archive everything forever and since we upload all our events there for people to view it makes it very easy. Also we only upload the compressed jpeg files, I don't have an online backup of the RAW files. So for a typical wedding shoot its only about 2GB which takes about 8 hours on my connection. It's always done overnight so I never have a slowdown on the network connection.
